DESCRIPTION
This dynamic series explores critical intersections of ethics, humanities, and clinical practice, offering health care providers an opportunity to engage with contemporary ethical challenges in medicine and to learn creative strategies for enhancing healthcare practice. Each session features expert speakers who illuminate topics such as informed consent, health equity, decision-making at the end of life, moral distress, and the impact of social determinants on patient care. Drawing on multidisciplinary perspectives—including philosophy, history, and the arts—this series fosters dialogue and equips attendees with practical tools to navigate complex ethical dilemmas. With a focus on relevance to daily clinical practice, the series also creates space for reflection on the human dimensions of health care, promoting compassionate, patient-centered approaches. Designed for all audiences, these sessions inspire meaningful conversations that enhance ethical awareness and improve care delivery.
