PRESENTER BIO
Robyn Y. Davis is a visionary leader, Founder, and President of The Valiant Leader, dedicated to nurturing leaders for today's rapidly evolving landscape. With passion and extensive experience, Robyn empowers individuals to lead with purpose and impact. As the President and CEO of Brown County United Way since May 2017, she catalyzes community impact, uniting diverse resources to create innovative solutions fortifying individuals and communities throughout Brown County. With a Bachelor of Arts in English and Sociology from Hofstra University and a Juris Doctor from George Washington University, her diverse background enriches her impactful leadership approach. Drawing from law practice, retail management, and ministry, Robyn leaves a lasting impact on individuals and communities.
Robyn's unwavering commitment to community welfare is evident in both her professional roles and active involvement in influential boards and organizations, including the Green Bay Packers Board of Directors, Donald J. Schneider School of Business and Economics Board of Advisors, Weidner Center Presents Board of Directors, the Institute for Women’s Leadership Advisory Board, and the Northeast Wisconsin Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Her exceptional leadership has earned her prestigious awards such as the Athena Leadership Award, St. Norbert College Ambassador of Peace Award, Outstanding Women of Color in Education, The Nancy Armbrust Impact Award.
The Valiant Leader identifies the essence of leadership in three core qualities: heart, wisdom, and action. Robyn believes that the growth of leaders hinges on the courage to consistently embrace and integrate these three elements, shaping not only their personal journeys but also influencing the communities they serve. Through her multifaceted leadership, Robyn Davis continues to inspire and drive positive change on a profound scale.
