Reservations on the contracted hotel block are available to faculty, enrolled attendees and confirmed exhibitors for the in-person general session only.

The Fairmont Orchid is offering coastal view hotel rooms for attendees beginning at the group rate of $479 per night plus applicable taxes and resort fees. To receive the special group rate, reservations must be made online via the Group Reservation Link. The hotel does not accept reservations over the phone. Reservations must be made by Monday, January 5, 2026 or before the room block is filled, whichever comes first. There is limited guest room availability at the special rate; early reservations are based on availability. For reservations cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival, individuals will be responsible for 100% of room expense to be billed to the individual credit card on file. Attendees are responsible for their own reservations.

Mayo Clinic School of Continuous Professional Development is not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting. Costs incurred by the registrant such as airline or hotel fees or penalties are the responsibility of the registrant. Attendees are responsible for their own reservations.
