Objectives:

  1. Demonstrate knowledge of trigger points injections.
  2. Summarize the difference between lidocaine and granisetron as injectate.
  3. Evaluate the RCT for strength of scientific evidence.
  4. Review current literature on exercise therapy for osteoarthritis management.
  5. Review the effect of targeted exercise therapy on biomechanical markers for those with osteoarthritis.
  6. Examine the impact that biomechanical markers have on osteoarthritis progression.
  7. Assess the utility of knee kinesiography exam in the management of osteoarthritis.
