Objectives:
- Demonstrate knowledge of trigger points injections.
- Summarize the difference between lidocaine and granisetron as injectate.
- Evaluate the RCT for strength of scientific evidence.
- Review current literature on exercise therapy for osteoarthritis management.
- Review the effect of targeted exercise therapy on biomechanical markers for those with osteoarthritis.
- Examine the impact that biomechanical markers have on osteoarthritis progression.
- Assess the utility of knee kinesiography exam in the management of osteoarthritis.
