DESCRIPTION
Palliative Medicine Grand Rounds is a weekly series that covers a broad array of topics that impact the practice of palliative medicine. The course is designed to provide an update of topics which include medical, spiritual and emotional care of our patients.
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Identify key clinical areas of palliative medicine
- Assess cases pertinent to palliative medicine that provide insight into challenging management and therapy
- Recognize the importance of spiritual aspects of care
