Learning Objectives: Upon Conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:
- Recognize the commitment of Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine's chapters of the Student National Medical Association (SNMA) and the Latino Medical Student Association (LMSA) to addressing the needs of underserved communities and supporting minority students
- Report the diverse experiences from Physicians of URM backgrounds in Arizona through unique, personal stories and reflections from trainees across the medical career continuum
- Demonstrate the significance of Black History Month through a Black Physician panel discussion moderated by medical student leaders
- Examine both the importance and utility of Diversity in Medicine
