DESCRIPTION
This RSS is a series of didactic lectures that will present new information within a variety of surgical pathology subspecialty areas.  Keeping up-to-date on the research and findings is necessary for our pathologists to diagnosis and treat patients. 

TARGET AUDIENCE
This course is intended primarily for Pathologists, residents, fellows, allied health within the surgical pathology area.
 
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to: 
  • Cite new information to keep us abreast of recent changes in methodologies, tumor markers, and other information that is necessary to provide the best patient care 
  • Define new histological parameters for different tumors that we report on
  • Describe and compare current knowledge and treatments on not only the usual disease processes, but also the unusual disease processes with which we need to be familiar
