DESCRIPTION
This is a quarterly, 1 hour conference, which focuses on topics pertinent to the ongoing clinical practice of cardiovascular rehabilitation. This activity will provide case examples along with evidence based practice updates, recommendations, and guidelines.

MD, PhD, RN, APRN/CNP/DNP, CEP, PT/OT, RDN, CRAT

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Apply core competency clinical decision making to diverse patient populations within the cardiac rehabilitation program to improve management of co-morbid conditions.
  • Recognize current quality and performance measures for cardiac rehabilitation programs.
