1. Demonstrate pre-clinical experimental evidence on stem cell-derived exosomes as cell-free therapeutics for cardiac repair
2. Define that donor stem cell microenvironment modulates exosome function/dysfunction
3. Present preclinical and clinical evidence for circulating exosomes as potential cardiac disease biomarkers
