Schwartz Rounds are discussion forums that provide a safe place for social and emotional connection across disciplines, so employees feel a greater sense of compassion, teamwork, and meaning in their work.  Evidence shows that Schwartz Rounds increase the strength of interdisciplinary teams and help alleviate compassion fatigue positively impacting both employee and patient experiences.

Hear colleagues from Southwest Wisconsin share their patient care experiences during Schwartz Rounds on March 17th from 7 to 8 am. The theme will be "A Patient I will Never Forget.” After listening to the panelists, attendees are invited to share their perspectives. This will not be recorded to encourage a safe place to share openly.”

The panelists are:

Colleen Cudo, RID CI/CT, Supervisor in Language Services
Hayley Kaschner, RN, Emergency & Trauma
Hilary Bingol, M.D., Consultant in Palliative Medicine
