DESCRIPTION:
This series is held monthly at Noon.

The NPPA Radiation Oncology group will meet monthly to analyze and discuss current EBP research. The analysis process will incorporate the critical appraisal process to determine a study's reliability, validity and applicability to their patients. 

TARGET AUDIENCE:
NPs and PAs in Radiation Oncology, no prerequisite skills

LEARNING OBJECTIVE(S):
Upon conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

• Discuss Radiation Oncology related research articles to improve ability to outline research questions or hypothesizes, research design, statistical analyses and study conclusions including reliability, validity and limitations of study. 
• Evaluate Radiation Oncology related research articles to determine implications for practice change(s) and how this may impact patients treatment and/or distinguish further research needs.
