DESCRIPTION:
Once per quarter the congenital echo lab will ask all members to review and "diagnose" 4-10 representative cases to ensure uniform quality of interpretation and then review those cases and the QI director will educate the group regarding the malformations in question that quarter with supplemental didactic material for each case.

Physicians and allied health professionals

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
  • Identify echocardiographic views for diagnosis of various congenital cardiac anomalies.
  • Describe methods for optimizing quality of congenital echocardiographic examinations.
