DESCRIPTION
This weekly conference series is designed to improve and advance research activities within the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine and the Sleep Center.  The target audience for this activity is the Division's consultants, fellows, and multispecialty research teams. The conference is generally delivered using didactic presentations and project-based small-group discussions.

In-Person and Live-Streamed; Weekly on Friday's from 7:30-8:30 am.

TARGET AUDIENCE
Allied Health Professionals, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physicians, Resident Fellows, Students, Respiratory Therapists, Pulmonary Function and Sleep Technicians. 

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

• Identify common institutional strategies to address quality issues raised by our community.
• Review ongoing educational research efforts within the division of pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine.
• Recognize the basic genetic underpinnings of diseases affecting patients with pulmonary critical care and/or sleep disorders.
• Debate the opportunity for inter-disciplinary and cross-specialty research interactions relevant to pulmonary, critical care and sleep disorders.
