Introduction:

Jaime Leimer Decker, MSW, LICSW is a licensed independent clinical social worker in Integrated Behavioral Health at Mayo Clinic.  She has extensive experience in mental health care with children, adolescents, adults, and elderly populations.  She has worked across wide variety of treatment settings, including inpatient hospitalization, school systems, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, outpatient, and primary care environments. Jaime earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, where she developed a strong foundation in evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques. Over the years she has honed her skills in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Family-Based Therapy (FBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to provide compassionate, evidenced-based and client-centered care that addresses the unique needs of individuals and families facing mental health challenges.

2. Describe 3 strategies to support patients who see eating behavior changes.
