Objectives:
At the conclusion of this activity, the learner should be able to:
- Recognize what EndNote does, and why we should use it
- Open EndNote software for the first time
- Create and ‘save’ new EndNote collections known as ‘libraries’ in a personal folder in the H: drive
- Import a citation directly from a database (PubMed)
Bio:
Diana Almader-Douglas is the hospital staff librarian on the Phoenix campus, one of the five Mayo Clinic libraries in Arizona. In addition to working with colleagues in Arizona, she works with fellow librarians and staff across the enterprise. Diana is actively involved in the Medical Library Association and is a member of the Academy of Health Information Professionals. Diana is known for her expertise with EndNote and is dedicated to supporting all levels of EndNote users.
