Celina Barrera is one of our palliative medicine nurse practitioners, joining in 2017. Prior to her NP role in Palliative Medicine, she worked as a NP in chronic pain management with Valley Pain Consultants, while also being contracted to the Inpatient Pain Service at Dignity St. Joseph’s Hospital. The entirety of her nurse practitioner experience has been in either Pain or Palliative Medicine Service.
