  1. Apply decision making criteria to select nonoperative management, internal fixation or arthroplasty for proximal humerus fractures

  2. Achieve adequate reduction and fixation of proximal humerus fractures and nonunions using contemporary techniques

  3. Achieve adequate implant positioning and tuberosity reconstruction when performing reverse arthroplasty for fracture or nonunion of the proximal
