DESCRIPTION
NPPA Grand Rounds meets the first Wednesday of each month from Noon - 1:00 p.m., in addition to quarterly evening meetings from 6:00-7:00 p.m.  NPPA Grand Rounds provide education for the NPPA in the outpatient and inpatient settings.  The NPPA Society provides administrative oversight.  


TARGET AUDIENCE
The target audience is primarily the Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and RN’s but any Allied Health Professional is encouraged to attend if the topic is relevant to their practice.


LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  1. Identify the correct clinical diagnosis for the respective disease or disorder described
  2. Generate medical treatment with evidence-based practice
  3. Reassess patient treatment response
  4. Identify greater psychosocial significance of treatment and care across the care continuum.
