Bio:

Dr. Wordingham attended the Medical College of Wisconsin, graduating in 2009.  She subsequently completed Internal Medicine training, before specializing in Hospice and Palliative Medicine.  She completed her Palliative Medicine Fellowship at Mayo Clinic Arizona where she has been on staff for 10 years as a Consultant in the Center for Palliative Medicine.  Her practice focuses on the supportive care of patients living with life limiting diseases in the inpatient and outpatient settings.  She is an Assistant Professor of Medicine and has interests in medical ethics, well-being and the augmentation of access and delivery of palliative care to patients with advanced heart failure.  She greatly enjoys her roles on the Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine Admissions Subcommittee and the Heart Transplant Selection Committee.

  •  Appraise the unique experience of burnout in HPM.
  •  Assess personal burnout via a standard tool.
