  1. Describe the principles underlying measurable residual disease detection (MRD) in AML using flow cytometry.
  2. Compare the relative merits of MRD detection using molecular based methods and flow cytometry in AML.
  3. Recognize the prognostic significance of MRD in AML.
  4. List potential pitfalls in MRD analysis in AML using flow cytometry.
