Bio:
Miriam Bacon is a License and Ordained Minister. She holds an BA in Psychology from Ottawa University and a Master of Divinity (MDiv) with a concentration in Family Pastoral Care and Counseling from Fuller Theological Seminary. Miriam currently serves as an Associate Minister at First Institutional Baptist Church. She has over 25 years of experience in Accounting and Budgeting. In addition, she worked as a Case Manager and later a supervisor in behavioral health where she worked specifically with homeless veterans and persons in recovery with general and serious mental illness. Just prior to joining the Mayo team, Miriam served a hospice chaplain for about four-and-a half years.
Miriam is single, no children but the happy mother to her 4-year-old fur baby, Buddy and a mentor to other women in ministry.
