• Recognize the rising incidence and multifaceted presentations of ICI-related neurological autoimmunity.
• Describe the clinical spectrum, cancer associations, and prognostic implications of PDE10A autoimmunity.
• Identify key clinical features and long term outcomes of ICI-related myopathy as the most common neurological adverse event.
