Upon conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Describe the prevalence of cognitive impairment across the multiple sclerosis disease course
  • Determine the best tools for measuring multiple sclerosis-related cognitive impairment and common cognitive domains affected    
  • Determine the significance of cognitive impairment in early and asymptomatic forms of multiple sclerosis
  • Describe the radiological and neuropathological surrogates of cognitive impairment
  • Explore the impact of disease modifying therapy on cognitive impairment in multiple sclerosis
  • Define tangible solutions for improving cognitive impairment in multiple sclerosis
