• Describe the pathophysiology of VILI as pertaining to ARDS improvement or exacerbation
• Analyze of the lack of evidence for the use of Low Tidal Volume strategy for lung protection or recovery
• Identify the benefits of APRV-TCAV for lung rescue especially in NSICU patients
