DESCRIPTION
Through a combination of case-based presentations and literature review, the nephrology education series delivers up-to-date and cutting-edge information that can be directly integrated into clinical practice in the fields of nephrology and hypertension. This course is intended for members of the nephrology and hypertension at the Mayo Clinic Florida and is of interest to nephrologists, nephrology trainees, and nurse practitioners.
TARGET AUDIENCE
This course is intended primarily for Nephrology & Hypertension Physicians, fellows, NPs, PAs, and Nurses.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Discuss the presented nephrology topic (pathogenesis, clinical presentation, diagnostic evaluation) and its relevance to clinical practice.
- Explain the most up-to-date management options literature as it relates to the discussion topic.
