DESCRIPTION
Fellows and consultants collaborate to present an unusual or controversial case seen in clinic or at the hospital. This case is related to the topic and through interactive discussion, the audience concludes the correct diagnosis or management plan. At the end of the case presentation, the fellow concludes with a brief, practical review of the topic.
Live-Streamed; 6 times a year on Friday from 7:30-8:30 a.m.
TARGET AUDIENCE
Allied Health Professionals, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physicians, Physician Assistants, and Resident Fellows.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Identify how to apply skills to clinical practice.
- Define fundamental concepts of acid-base regulations.
- Identify how to avoid common mistakes and pitfalls.
- Debate recent literature in the fields of Nephrology and Hypertension.
