Upon conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Review presentation of locally recurrent breast cancer following mastectomy
- Discuss management options for breast reconstruction in the setting of post-mastectomy local reccurence
- Identify the unique challenges associated with the clinical management of ER-low breast cancer
- Define the role of preserved PR expression in patients with ER-low breast cancer, as well as its implications
- Contrast ER-low (1-10%) breast cancer with ER >10% and with ER negative breast cancer regarding chemotherapy use, endocrine therapy use and treatment response
