LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to: 

1. Describe potential factors/strategies which can guide treatment escalation and de-escalation in HER2-positive early breast cancer
2. Summarize the scientific rationale of the CompassHER2 Trials
3. Describe other ongoing escalation and de-escalation trials for HER2+ early breast cancer

4. Describe the recently-opened SyMPTOM trial, which focuses on endocrine therapy adherence
5. Review the soon-to-open i-mammo trial, which focuses on surveillance mammography in older survivors
6. Describe other ongoing and near-future symptom control trials for breast cancer survivors
