2.    Evaluate overall survival of patients with occult axillary breast cancer in comparison to node positive primary breast cancer
3.    Identify prognostic factors that affect overall survival in patients with occult axillary breast cancer
4.    Recognize the expanding role of immunotherapy prior to surgery in patients with operable breast cancer
5.    Describe perioperative considerations following neoadjuvant immunotherapy
