Upon conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Explain why the AMA is championing A Recovery Plan for America's Physicians and what it means for medicine and the profession
  • Identify the latest trends on physician burnout and examine the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic
  • Identify the root causes of physician burnout, as well as the stigma around mental health that too often prevents physicians from seeking the care they need
