LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Choose CV risk reducing agents in statin-intolerant patients
  • Compare DOAC efficacy and safety
  • Select the most appropriate opioid for chronic pain, if an opioid must be used
  • Compare the efficacy of weight loss medications options
  • Describe exercise regimens with maximal CV risk reduction
  • Determine the most appropriate prophylaxis against UTI
  • Select the most effective initial treatment for IBS-D in the primary care setting
  • Use appropriate maintenance and rescues therapy for moderate to severe asthma
