- Describe the concept of fortitude and its importance in leadership
- Analyze social factors that contribute to fortitude
- Identify strategies for building and maintaining fortitude in oneself and others
- Examine real-world examples of underestimated leaders and unique approaches to burning bright (as opposed to burning out)
- Develop a personal plan for increasing fortitude in personal and professional settings
- Explain how to apply fortitude in the face of burnout
- Explain how to apply fortitude to improve mental health and well-being
- Explain the importance of self-awareness and stress management in maintaining fortitude
- Describe the role of communication and support systems in fostering fortitude
