Upon conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

• Analyze the risk of venous thromboembolism in COVID-19 positive patients
• Describe the prevalence and typical profile of COVID-19 related coagulopathy
• Examine recent randomized trials for anticoagulation in hospitalized and non-hospitalized COVID-19 patients
• Determine the appropriate anticoagulation treatment for a patient with COVID-19 without thrombosis
