- Explain why human-centered design is critical to addressing current challenges in healthcare, including declining trust and provider burnout. Describe core principles of human-centered design in healthcare.
 - Identify examples of how thoughtful design impacts clinical outcomes, patient experience, and team collaboration beyond aesthetic considerations.
 - Recognize opportunities in their own practice where design thinking could address workflow challenges, communication gaps, or care coordination issues.
 - Articulate ways to engage with design initiatives as collaborative partners by sharing insights about current workflows and envisioning improved care delivery.
