DESCRIPTION
This educational series will be designed for all staff to learn more about the dynamics, development and operations of research in order to  leverage research in a real-world setting.   The 16 topics range from learning to become a researcher , the ethics of research, study design and execution, statistics and publications.  The Course director Dr. Robert Jacobson is an expert clinical Trialist and educator.
 
TARGET AUDIENCE
This course is intended primarily for physicians, nurse, and nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, and allied health professionals.
 
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:
•  Review how clinical providers insure the protection of the human participants in their studies of them.
•  Identify how clinical researchers design, conduct, analyze, and report their studies.
