This workshop will include in-depth coverage of acute conditions and decompensated disease states frequently encountered by the hospitalist, presented in a case-based, interactive format with high-yield Rapid Reviews offered in a hybrid model (in-person or livestream*).

Target Audience
This workshop is for internists, family medicine physicians, sub-specialists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and many others who practice in or have a special interest in topics throughout internal medicine.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Manage acute pancreatitis and reduce risk of complications
- Employ an evidence based yet practical approach to inpatient pain management
- Outline best practices and the hospitalist’s role in managing soft tissue and bone/joint infections

In order to receive the special rate, reservations must be made before the room block is filled or the expiration date of September 19, 2025, whichever comes first. Reservations will be taken following this date based on space and rate availability.
