Learning Objectives: Upon conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to

1. Identify which patients are appropriate for reactive therapy for epilepsy.

2. Recall how comorbid conditions for epilepsy may impact surgical outcome of epilepsy.

3. Identify and outline the best neurophysiological monitoring modalities that are needed that are most likely to lead to quality outcomes for patients undergoing critical and spinal resection.
