DESCRIPTION
The otolaryngology Grand rounds provides education to the faculty, residents and staff of the ENT department.  The audience includes surgeons, medical students, residents, nursing, advanced practice professionals, audiologists and speech pathologists. It provides basics and up to date clinical and scientific information in ENT and associated medical disciplines. 

In-Person and Live-Streamed; Weekly on Monday from 7:00-8:00 a.m. 

TARGET AUDIENCE
Audiologists, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physicians, Physician Assistants, Resident Fellows, Speech Language Pathologists and Students.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Describe the pathophysiology and immunology of CRS.
  • Cite protocols for initiation and monitoring biologics in Clinical Practice.
  • Describe the roles and contributions of each member of the multidisciplinary team in the management of head and neck cancer.
  • Identify the latest advancements in medical, surgical, and device-based treatments for hearing loss.
  • Recognize common voice disorders.
  • Describe the anatomical and physiological changes that occur in the face with aging.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using modern diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Identify key differences between the latest non-surgical techniques for facial rejuvenation.
