TITLE:  Amazing and Awesome Critical Care and Emergency Medicine Conference

OBJECTIVES:  
1) Discuss the elements that are needed for an optimal high-velocity river rescue and how that relates to the patients and families that arrive in our hospitals;
2) Recognize the value that collaboration and commuication between multiple professional roles plays in providing optimal patient care;
3) Identify the behaviors and systems that promote a training environment where trainees are able to take on increasing responsibility to the culmination of being able to succeed in providing optimal care even in the most critical and complex circumstances while simultaneously feeling independent and support;
4) Describe and spotlight behaviors that represent high-level ambassadorship by social work in very intense times for patients, families and staff.
