Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Demonstrate that grossing at the bedside is a useful tool that improves the chances of obtaining the correct histopathologic diagnosis
- Determine that a single punch biopsy of a pemphigoid blister can provide specimens for both H&E and direct immunofluorescence with "salt-split skin-like" information
- See the value of bedside grossing in diseases with tense blisters
