  • Analyze differences in heart failure incidence, hospitalization rates, and outcomes among various demographic groups in the United States 
  • Review the pillars of heart failure management and evaluate barriers that limit equitable access to guideline directed medical therapies (GDMT) and advanced therapies
  • Discuss actionable strategies to reduce disparities in heart failure
