  • Identify key gaps and challenges in current intensivist training programs and propose innovative strategies to address them.
  • Embrace the role of emergent, dynamic technologies (e.g., AI, robotics, VR/AR) and simulation in enhancing the education and training of future intensivists.
  • Evaluate and cultivate the importance of creating a life-long and supportive learning environment for intensivist trainees to optimize patient care and professional development.
