Dr. Jayshil Patel is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin. There, he cares for patients and their families in a medical ICU. He teaches learners at various levels of training and has developed and lead a “Critical Thinking in Medicine” thread, which is woven through undergraduate and graduate medical education. Dr. Patel also has a program of research that seeks to identify best critical care nutrition practices.
