Upon conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:

• Describe the guidelines of physical activity during pregnancy and postpartum. (Domain 1; Task: 0104)
• Demonstrate the ability to identify contraindications and precautions with regard to physical activity during and after pregnancy.  (Domain 1; Task: 0102)
• Describe the musculoskeletal adaptations that occur during and after pregnancy and the risk of injury associated with these changes. (Domain 1; Task: 0101)
• Identify resources for the pregnant athlete regarding their sport. (Domain 1; Task: 0103)
