Presentation title
“The Power of Uncovering Undiagnosed Disease”
To think some patients go years, not to mention decades, until a correct diagnosis is made is unsettling. The Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS) Clinic at Mayo Clinic, with the support of Program for Rare and Undiagnosed Diseases (PRaUD) and the Center for Individualized Medicine, has accomplished this mission of reducing the time to diagnosis and providing comprehensive treatment for patients with inherited disorders of the connective tissue.
