The Conrad Orlando is offering hotel rooms for attendees and their guests at the group rate of Single or Double Rate: $359.00, Triple Rate: $384, or Quad Rate: $409 per night, plus applicable taxes. To make online reservations, please click HERE 

For call-in reservations, please call 888-446-6677 or 407-387-2000 and provide the group code "CDO" to the reservation's agent along with the date of the program, November 6-9, 2025.  Reservations must be made by October 6, 2025 or before the room block is filled, whichever comes first. There is limited guest room availability at the special rate; extended reservations are based on availability.  The standard hotel reservations cancellation policy will apply to all reservations. Please note the cancellation policy is 5 days prior to arrival. Any cancellations occurring within the policy will be charged a 1-night room and tax penalty.

Conrad Orlando charges a nightly resort fee of $25 per room. This conveniently bundles a wide variety of guest services and amenities providing our guests with a full and carefree resort experience. The fee includes all of the following:

•    Premier Internet access (excluding meeting rooms)
•    Two bottles of water daily
•    Conrad Orlando sustainable water bottle
•    $20 discount on golf club rentals at Grand Cypress Golf
•    15% discount on spa retail
•    10% discount on apparel and merchandise at Grand Cypress Golf Pro Shop
•    Kayak rental for one (1) hour, per day
•    Paddle Board rental for one (1) hour, per day
•    Shuttle service to and from all four (4) Disney theme parks

Conrad Orlando offers a valet parking experience for its guests. Currently, overnight and day guests are charged $40.00 per night (normally $50.00 per night) with unlimited in and out privileges. Parking fees are subject to tax, currently 12.5%.

All travel and lodging expenses are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.
