Learning Objectives - Upon conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  1. Describe at least 5 specific aspects that should be included as part of the cardiovascular-focused H&P
  2. State at least three subjective/objective findings and/or diagnostic data that should be included in the documentation of (1) atrial fibrillation and (2) heart failure.
  3. Apply at least three cardiology-specific calculators/tools to appropriate clinical scenarios
