Upon conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

• Describe the history of coronary ISR and evolution of stents to address this
• Review contemporary rates of in-stent restenosis in the current DES era and its effects (MI, TLR, etc.)
• Identify risk factors for ISR and discuss prevention
• Identify etiology and optimal treatment strategies of stent failure via case-based examples
