Upon conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:

  • Review the natural history and progression of Merkel cell carcinoma and its ability to metastasize to the heart and cause complete heart block.
  • Apply multiple imaging modalities to help guide diagnosis and management.
  • Recognize the role for immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy in managing Merkel cell carcinoma.
