Title:  Semi-Supervised Exercise Training for Patients with POTS

Learning Objectives:  Upon completion of this session attendees should be able to:

  • Evaluate if semi-supervised aerobic exercise training can be as effective as in-person training has previously demonstrated for individuals with POTS on improving aerobic fitness and quality of life
  • Quantify the effectiveness of semi-supervised exercise training to standard of care (either recommendation of exercise or following an exercise consultation) on improving fitness and quality of life
